Staff is extremely friendly, kind, and does a GREAT JOB! I have issues w 'tori' and smaller mouth... 1st visit to dentist in years...NO PAIN THROUGHOUT THE VISIT!They were so aware, patient, and sensitive to my needs...BUT, they performed fantastic repair (threw a cap/needed replaced)FAR better than the PHOENIX BEST dental office who has worked on me for years!!!Definitely a great place to take care of your needs!

The absolute very best Dennis I have ever seen in my life, and I am scared to death of him, both of the male dentists. I have seen, they, listen, they talk to you and they take very good care of you. I write both positive and negative reviews. Both are necessary to be unbiased towards writing reviews. I went to Smiles with no insurance knowing my dental hygiene is important. I chose this place because the recent reviews and I need a reliable place since my crown fell off after 7 months. I needed a decision and a precise one, quickly. After being freaked out of a nub in my mouth, I decided to look up their reviews, review by review. While some places "fluff" their reviews I can tell you this place doesn't do that. Their reviews are honest and sincere by patients who have experienced their services.When i first got here I knew my pocket was in for a hit, but they offered me a flexible payment plan and gave me additional support on how to reduce my overall costs. I was pending coverage and they helped me regardless of my situation. I can not say enough about this place, I have been going here to see Robin and Dr Anderson, but have had the pleasure of working with Chelsea (she cleans my teeth every 3 months). They always ask how I’m doing, they know my husband and they treat us well. They do what is best without trying to charge us millions. However the heart of it all is Cheyenne (spelling?) she always has a smile on her face and is very cheerful. Her personality is what helps make this place amazing. If any of them ever left I would be out of luck. I do the 50 minute drive just to see these guys.

I called early Monday with an urgent issue. They were able to fit me into the schedule and plan treatment for the following day. The staff were all very nice, and no one pressured me into additional care outside of the issue that needed immediate attention. Will definitely be going back for routine exams.

I love my experience every time I go to Smiles at San Tan Ranch. Getting my teeth cleaned is so quick and painless unlike other offices I've been to and the staff is caring and friendly and efficient. I've been going here for about 12 years now and alll the work I've had done has been the best of my lifetime. I used to have anxiety when I needed to go to the dentist when I was younger, but not anymore since going to Dr. Anderson.Dr. Anderson is so good at what he does in every aspect of his job. He is friendly and caring, a skilled yet gentle dentist, very thorough but quick and doesn't suggest work to be done unless it's really necessary and in the patient's best interest. I will definitely continue going here and recommend it highly.

I had a great experience. I went for a cleaning. The lobby is peaceful and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. Extra points on their saltwater fish tank being clean and happy. I saw Wendy and she did a great job. She was quick with the x-rays and the cleaning. I was also impressed by the amount of concern for the patients needs. Wendy and her coworkers were asking the patients about any pain or discomfort, and listening to them. I haven't been to many dentists, but I did appreciate that. I will definitely be back!

Chelsee is the VERY BEST for my biannual teeth cleaning needs. She is thorough and detailed and has an amazing rapport with her clients. Dr. Rob Anderson is the most qualified and the best Dentist I have ever been to! I have never felt pain in the ten years I have been going to him. I have had molars pulled, teeth filled, crowns on molars. Dr. Anderson is cheerful and kind and has wonderful Dental Assistants and Hygienist’s and the front office ladies are so helpful and always greet you as if you are a good friend!
